DTIH will manage more than 700 properties, comprising 300,000 square meters of building space and 2 million square meters of land, for three years under the contract. DTIH already managed Mol’s properties in southeast Hungary before the bid.
DTIH said it also manages facilities for Wallis, TVK Nyrt, Inter-Európa Bank Nyrt and the Akron Group, and is leading the market.
