The Economy Ministry instructed State Motorway Management Zrt (ÁAK) to prepare the tender and, also, to decide whether the purchase option for the remaining 60%, owned by French construction firm Bouygues Construction and Austria’s Strabag AG, should later go from the government to the would-be tender winner of the 40%, or to a different company, which is to be selected by ÁAK.
