HUF 2.8 bln Budget for Beekeeper Support

The Ministry of Agriculture has announced this year's support schemes to support the work of beekeepers with a resource budget of HUF 2.8 billion, which play a key role in the life of the Hungarian bee sector, announced Minister of Agriculture István Nagy, according to magro.hu.

Those concerned can submit their applications from July 4, 2023.

The grants help in the acquisition of new tools for beekeeping, in the protection against bee diseases and pests, in the transfer of knowledge in the sector, and in the field of honey marketing.
