Wallis to open premium used car salon in Budapest

Wallis is set to open a premium used car salon in Budapest this fall, where customers will have access to models of BMWʼs Premium Selection series and cars from Wallis Motor Pest and Wallis Motor Duna

The dealership, called "Wallis Prémium Használtautó Center" (Wallis Premium Used Car Center), will be located on Könyves Kálmán körút, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal. The company reasoned that the decision to extend used car services was taken due to the dynamic expansion of the Hungarian automobile market.

Cars in the new dealership will be sold in a premium environment. Customers will receive a two-year warranty alongside free maintenance services for six months or 10,000 kms; all cars will have a verified vehicle history.

Furthermore, apart from the BMW Premium Selection, the "MINI Használtautó Next" (MINI Used Car Next) program will also be available to clients with the same warranty and service programs.

The share of used car sales in the total sales of the Wallis Motor Pest and Wallis Motor Duna dealerships amounts to about 18% currently. The new project comes as another step in Wallisʼ expansion, after opening Wallis Motor Pest, one of the CEE regionʼs largest (5,000 sqm) and most modern dealerships, on Hungária körút in 2016.
