Vodafone Hungary receives CX award

Awards

The Hungarian subsidiary of telco giant Vodafone was awarded the Best Customer Experience Project award by Develor, in recognition of their Vodafone RED Birthday project, according to a press release issued today.

Vodafone RED was awarded for its exceptional customer service, Develor says, including immediate live connections to RED assistants, who help customers in need. Thanks to this development, Vodafone has been performing better in Net Promoter Score, an index that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others, according to the press release.

“Developing customer experience is a years-long process involving many steps, during which such excellent projects are needed that Vodafone was able to realize,” Develor CEO Csaba Szabó said.

“We are very proud of this award as, beyond the positive feedback of our customers, the profession also supports our idea that we are on the right track when we continuously develop customer experience,” said József Szőke, leader of Vodafone Customer Value Management.

The award was distributed for the second time in the framework of the International Customer Experience Conference, where an international jury decided on the best project.

Develor, a Hungarian company founded in 1992, has grown into a multinational firm offering training and consultancy in several fields across 30 countries.
