Tetra Pak Hungary units close successful year in 2015

The Hungarian sales unit of Swedish packaging company Tetra Pak had revenue of HUF 15.12 billion last year, up 16% from 2014, and its production unit posted revenue of HUF 39.3 bln, up almost 50% from a year earlier, Tetra Pak told Hungarian news agency MTI yesterday.

Tetra Pakʼs packaging materials factory, based in Budaörs, just south of the capital, exports 96% of its output to 52 countries across the world. The plant expanded its production portfolio last year. 

Tetra Pak employs 400 people in Hungary.
