Sole-Mizo winds up HUF 1.8 bln development project

Hungarian dairy company Sole-Mizo, which is a unit of agribusiness Bonafarm, wound up a HUF 1.8 bln project aimed to improve its cottage cheese (Hungarian túró) and whey production, COO for CEE operations István Herczeg said today, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

The development project was supported with a total of HUF 845 mln from a European Union grant and Hungarian state funding, MTI said. Sole-Mizo had revenue of HUF 60 bln last year, MTI said, adding that it employs a staff of about 1,000.
