Young People Primarily Buying Second-hand Homes

Second-hand homes, which are 20% cheaper than the national average price, are the favorite among the youngest age group present on the real estate market, according to the sales data of Otthon Centrum.

It turns out that people under 30 are not taking advantage of family support opportunities to the greatest extent, and among them, the proportion of people buying new apartments has not even reached 8%, thde report reveals.

Among the customers in their twenties, many of them pay their own funds with the help of their parents and relatives, and the family also helps many with loan repayments.
