Real Estate Market Strengthened in March

The real estate market continued to strengthen in March, according to data from Duna House.

The 11,046 real estate sales exceeded the previous month by 3%; on an annual basis, it increased by 42%.

The first quarter this year ended with 30,154 real estate transactions, which is a 52% increase compared to the same period of the previous year.

According to the announcement, the first quarter numbers confirm Duna House's annual sales expectations of between 110,000 and 130,000 this year.
