The acquisition of Koltozzbe.hu, Ujotthon.hu and Startlak.hu is expected to close in March.
The three websites have more than 100,000 listings of properties for sale and rent. The sites get around 1.5 million visits a month.
OTP plans to unify the sites and expand their functions.
