Apartments with an area of 40-60 sqm accounted for 32% of home sales on the Pest side of the capital and 38% in Buda.

Apartments with an area between 60 and 80 sqm accounted for 19% of homes sales in Pest and 26% in Buda in Q2.
Buyers paid over HUF 900,000 per square meter for one-third of transactions in Pest and 56% of deals in Buda during the period.
