Rental rates in the capital increased 10.8%. In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates edged up 0.7% for the whole country and climbed 1.4% in Budapest.
The monthly rental rate for a flat in the capital averaged HUF 235,000 in H2 2023.
A home in a large city in the west of the country could be rented for HUF 170,000/month.
