Rental rates in the capital increased 7%. In a month-on-month comparison, home rental rates edged up 0.8% nationwide and slipped 0.2% in Budapest.
In the capital, the average monthly rental rate was HUF 260,000, Ingatlan.com said. The average monthly rental rate was HUF 230,000 in Debrecen, Hungary’s second-biggest city.
In the county seats of Szeged, Pécs and Győr, rates were between HUF 160,000 and HUF 190,000.
