Germans Top List of Foreign Real Estate Buyers

Germans accounted for the biggest share of real estate transactions brokered by Otthon Centrum in January-July, the company said in a press release, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Germans accounted for 30% of the transactions by foreigners brokered by Otthon Centrum.

Slovakians were the second-biggest group of foreign property buyers, accounting for 11% of transactions by foreign nationals, followed by Romanians, accounting for 10%.

Otthon Centrum noted that foreign buyers accounted for just 2.6% of its total clients.
