According to listings site ingatlan.com, the days on market indicator for flats in centrally-located brick apartment buildings in the capital fell to 81 days from 126.

Meanwhile, the indicator for homes in communist-era pre-fabricated apartment blocks declined to 58 days from 78 on the Pest side. The decline was even more pronounced on the Buda side, with the indicator falling to 51 days from 95.

Elsewhere in Hungary, the days on market indicator dropped to around three months from 4-5 months for homes in conventional brick residential buildings.
