The most expensive parts of the city are traditionally the districts of Buda, where the average monthly rent is HUF 256,000.
The decrease in these districts is only 2%.
The average monthly rent in the city center is HUF 220,000 and in the outer Pest districts HUF 156,000, which is already 6% cheaper in both parts of the city compared to the fourth quarter of last year, according to the analysis.
