Living, an umbrella brand of Wing specializing in residential properties, completed the first phase of the Park West project at the beginning of this year, offering 229 apartments, while Park West 2 is currently under construction, with more than 70% of its 234 units already sold.
Park West 3 will feature environmentally friendly solutions, and thanks to the efficient floor plans and high building quality, residents will also be able to enjoy maximum comfort. The up-to-date heat pump and surface heating and cooling heating system ensure year-round optimal temperatures, with a smart home system responsible for the control of both heating and cooling.
The triple-glazed façade doors and windows and the other characteristics of the building, as well as the 15-centimetre insulation, which is unusually thick, will also help maintain ideal temperatures. The plants in the internal courtyard will help create the building’s microclimate.
There are 230 apartments in the residential park’s third building, all of which have an energy efficiency rating of at least AA and almost net zero energy usage. There are also two stores and two offices. The residential development offers practical studio apartments as well as large five-room penthouse units with panoramic views.
Park West residential park is located in the heart of the Ferdinánd quarter of Budapest's District XIII, at Szabolcs utca 15-25. The area around the residential park is easily accessible by car, bicycle, and public transport. In addition to the M3 metro line, tram 14, bus 105, and trolleybus 75, there are several night bus stops on the surrounding main roads. Westend City Center, Városliget, the Budapest Zoo, and the renovated Széchenyi Bath, are all only a 10-minute walk away.
