Developed by Atenor, Olympia is undergoing a strategic reconfiguration to meet the changing demands of tenants, including a growing emphasis on employer branding and dynamic office designs. In response to evolving market dynamics, Olympia is embracing trends like remote work and hybrid schedules, emphasizing flexibility and collaboration. The office campus now offers innovative services such as presentation rooms, co-working spaces, and catering.
As part of its ongoing transformation, Olympia’s initial upgrades include a public parking lot and a communal park extending into the complex’s internal garden. This first phase of development is just the beginning, with two additional phases planned.
The campus spans 72,000 square meters, with 21,000 square meters already occupied by companies such as Heineken, Cargill, and Uber’s Hungarian partner.
Over the next year, Olympia will introduce new services, including a restaurant and café with co-working spaces, adding further flexibility for tenants. The synergy between the main lobby area and the café will be enhanced by the tranquility of a landscaped courtyard, set to be completed as the final element of the rebranding.
Building B, with 15,000 square meters of space, is also under consideration for functional repurposing, underscoring Olympia’s commitment to adaptive redevelopment, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal. The entire rebranding reflects the project’s broader revitalization within its urban environment, driven by collaboration between Atenor and local authorities.
In addition to its innovative office spaces, Olympia is dedicated to sustainability, aligning with the European Union’s environmental standards and the Building Research Establishment’s BREEAM certifications, the developer says.
