Analyzing the September market data, it can be seen that the average rental price of offices currently available for rent in the capital is EUR 9.2/sqm if advertised in euros and HUF 3,700 for office buildings advertised in forints.
Compared to the average price, however, there can be substantial differences since, depending on the classification of the office building, the analysis found offers ranging from EUR 5 to EUR 23.
In one or two extreme cases, there are even more expensive offices for rent among the ads.
