Immofinanz Hungary receives 3 awards at CIJ Awards Hungary

Immofinanz Hungary was awarded as “Best Asset Management Company of the Year”, "Best Legacy Development Company of the Year” and "Best Interior Design Concept of the Year” in 2021 at CIJ Awards Hungary, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.
The core business of the company presents in several European countries, high quality office and retail portfolio, as well as includes high-quality asset management. Hungary is among Immofinanz core markets offering its flexible office brand myhive and Stop Shop retail parks.

The Best Legacy Development of the Year award went to myhive Haller Gardens, which recently underwent major upgrades. In addition to the significant energy and technical improvements, the building’s exterior facade, community, and office spaces, restaurant and café is now renovated, and the surrounding gardens that will be significantly rebuilt.
The Best Interior Design Concept of the Year award also went to mycowork at myhive Haller Gardens. Tenants now have the opportunity to try flexibly shapable and changeable office spaces. The design and construction of the offices are based on sustainability, utilizing pre-designed and
prefabricated elements. These interchangeable elements also offer a range of opportunities to create smart design in a sustainable way.
