HumanField announces move to ZenGarden

Office Market

HumanField Executive and Specialist Search Ltd. will establish its new, 500 sqm headquarters in the ZenGarden office building in February 2021, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The modern office building near Margit körút in Budapest's District II is fitted-out and managed by ConvergenCE.

According to the press release, the windows of HumanField’s first-floor, spacious office offer great views of ZenGarden's recently renovated inner garden. The customer experience will be served by a representative reception area and several meeting rooms. The office, which is predominantly characterized by an open-space design facilitating cooperation, is also fitted with quiet focus rooms for phone calls and concentrated work, as well as a cozy relaxation space.

Patrik Molontay, managing director of HumanField, said, “Choosing our new headquarters was an important step in the life of our company, which is the largest among Hungarian-owned headhunters focusing on top executives and the second-largest among Hungarian subsidiaries of international HR consultants. At ZenGarden, our employees and our exclusive top management customers alike can enjoy the benefits of an easily accessible location, a renovated, professionally-managed office building, and an inspiring work environment.”

Dóra Papp-Vas, leasing director at ConvergenCE, added, “We are pleased to welcome another prestigious company to the recently refurbished ZenGarden. Our tenant, arriving from a downtown location, highly appreciated that we were able to provide them with a sufficient number of parking spaces in this building as well. Thanks to ConvergenCE’s integrated range of services, we will support HumanField not only in landlord and property manager capacities, but also as a project manager entrusted with the fast-paced, complete fit-out of their office. Construction works began in early December and the new area will be handed over by the end of January.”
