Henkel increased its office footprint by nearly 1,000 sqm and extended the lease for its entire premises, reflecting what the company described as the strategic role of its Budapest AO Hub and its importance to continued growth.

ARM Hungary expanded its office space by almost 1,500 sqm and also extended its lease.

Following the transactions, both companies now occupy close to 5,000 sqm each at Millennium Gardens under new lease agreements.

Dömötör Károly Makk, leasing director of TriGranit, said the simultaneous expansions and lease extensions represented a significant milestone for the building.

“Having our two largest tenants simultaneously expand their office space and commit to long-term lease extensions is a significant milestone for Millennium Gardens. It confirms not only the exceptional quality of the building and its services but also our ability to provide a stable, future-proof workplace that supports our tenants’ long-term business ambitions. We are proud to continue serving as a trusted partner in their growth,” he said.

Bence Rohr, principal of Revetas Capital, said long-term tenant commitment was one of the strongest indicators of an asset’s quality and resilience.

“We believe such commitment is built through a hands-on management approach, continuous engagement with our occupiers, and an understanding of their evolving business needs,” Rohr said.

“At Millennium Gardens, we place great importance on maintaining close relationships with our tenants and working alongside them as long-term partners, allowing us to respond proactively as their businesses grow and evolve. Henkel’s and ARM Hungary’s decision not only to extend their commitment to the building but also to expand their presence is a strong endorsement of this approach and of the partnerships we have built over the years,” he added.
