The number is up slightly from 15% in the previous year.
The percentage of tenants who said they would not need to reduce the size of the office space they rent rose to 71% from 67%.
The survey showed 34% of tenants expect the office space market to grow, up from 29% a year earlier.
Skanska Property Hungary has the financial resources to build one green office building a year, said managing director Andreas Lindelöf. At present, the company is obtaining permits for the construction of a building in the capital’s District XIII.
