With this latest expansion, the logistics company now operates more than 35,000 square meters of warehouse space in the Budapest region and over 45,000 sqm nationwide.
Specializing in groupage transport, warehouse logistics, and home delivery, Trans-Pack needed additional logistics space at short notice. Prologis responded within two weeks, setting up a customized facility tailored to the company’s needs.
The newly leased building meets the highest standards, including an energy-efficient LED lighting system that supports both sustainability and workplace comfort. Strategically located just 17 kilometers from downtown Budapest and accessible via public transportation, the park also connects directly to major international routes via the M0 motorway, just 1 kilometer away.
Trans-Pack opted for Prologis’ ClearLease leasing model, which includes a fixed operating fee covering all operational, administrative, maintenance, and repair costs—ensuring stable planning and predictability for tenants.
