Profession.hu Partnering With UNICEF on Women's Workplace Rights

Four out of 10 women returning from maternity leave found themselves in a situation where their employer did not take them back, even though this is mandatory under current legislation, according to online business daily Világgazdaság.
A significant number of employees do not have an accurate picture of their rights, the initiative noted.
This is why the cooperation between profession.hu and UNICEF Hungary, the Human Side initiative, will this year help employees planning to have children or returning to the labor market as parents with young children.
The cooperation will also aid the employers who employ them so that the related processes can be made as smooth as possible, the report notes.
