Just 1/3 of working youth feel valued

Some 53% of working young people felt their jobs were stable in the first three months of 2022; in the first quarter of 2019, the share of optimists was 64%, according to the K&H youth index, writes hrportal.hu.
The image is also unfavorable in terms of recognition.
Only 38% of young people feel valued in the workplace.
This improvement from 30% in the previous quarter but falls well short of the record high of nearly 50%.
