Köles graduated from the University of Debrecen and later he obtained a postgraduate degree in energy law at the University of Pécs. He is an expert in the district heating sector. Over the course of his career, he was involved in price regulation and licensing, including the preparation of legislation, managing administrative procedures, and in respective litigations.
In 2011, he joined the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority's (MEKH) predecessor, becoming first a unit head and the deputy head of department.
According to a press release sent to Budapest Business Journal, RVD Partners was founded as a partnership in 2021 by senior lawyers Levente Rövid, Zoltán Gyönyörű, and Gábor Rozsnyai with decades of combined experience gained at international and domestic law firms.
RVD Partners is a Budapest-based boutique law firm focused on business law, even though they can provide legal assistance in jurisdictions of almost 20 European countries through their membership in Cyrus Ross European Group of Law Firms.
