Szajlai has been promoted to partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A Group and also heads the International Corporate Reorganizations (ICR) workstream in Hungary. Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous M&A transactions and reorganizations, advising foreign clients and multinational companies across a wide range of industries.

He has significant experience in the corporate reorganization of multinational groups at both local and global levels. As part of his practice, Szajlai regularly supervises and coordinates complex cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions on behalf of major international clients.

György Boros

Boros has been promoted to counsel and appointed service stream leader for debt capital markets. Over the years, he has advised issuers, arrangers, agents and institutional investors on a broad range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions.

His debt capital markets experience includes domestic and cross-border bond issuances, secondary market transactions and complex securities regulation matters. In addition to his transactional work, Boros is also an active author and lecturer in the field of financial law.
