Wrońska started her career at the Nestle factory in Rzeszów, Poland. As a company engineer, she played a role in promoting sustainable working methods in factories in the region. For the last three years, she was an engineer at the Fawdon factory in the United Kingdom.
“I look forward to working together with the Szerencs and Diósgyőr teams, and I have high hopes for the excellent capabilities of the Hungarian plants,” says Wrońska. “As a manager, I will strive to take care of the needs of employees and maximize production potential.”
The plant in Diósgyőr, which will be 60 years old in 2022, is the only Nestlé factory in the world specializing in hollow chocolate figures production, from where Easter and Christmas products are delivered to more than 20 countries.
The factory in Szerencs, which operates as Nestlé’s Central European regional coffee and cocoa powder production and filling center, will celebrate its centenary next year. Nestlé Hungária supplies 30 countries with the products made here. In recent years, the parent company has carried out a total of HUF 9 billion worth of development in the region, 76% of which was spent on the Szerencs plant.
