Shareholders of troubled Hungarian airlines Malév, that grounded its flights on February 3, did not approve the former national carrier's reports for 2011 or 2012 at a general meeting on Thursday, daily Magyar Hírlap said on Friday.

The Hungarian National Asset Management Company (MNV) told the paper that neither the company's auditor nor its supervisory board had approved the documents.

The 2012 report, reflecting the company's assets and profit and loss on February 13, shows a HUF 40.2 billion loss and total assets of HUF 15.8 billion, the paper said.
