Just 12% of Hungarians get "thirteenth month" bonus last year

Just 12% of Hungarian employees received an annual bonus on the scale of a full month's pay at the end of last year, according to a survey by fizetesek.hu, operated by jobs portal Workania. The percentage is down from 14% in 2011. Most of the Hungarians who received a "thirteenth month" bonus last year work for companies that employ more than 250 people. One-fifth of these employees received the bonus. Just 11% of employees at companies with staffs of 21-50 received a thirteenth month bonus last year.
