Wizz Air’s first U.K. route, from Budapest to London Luton, was launched in June 2004. Today, the airline operates five U.K. routes from Hungary to four British airports. Wizz Air’s latest addition, launched earlier this year, connects Budapest with Liverpool.
“We are thrilled to celebrate this memorable milestone together with our Hungarian passengers … We also look forward to welcoming many British travelers in Hungary during the upcoming August bank holiday weekend,” said Tamara Vallois, Head of Communications at Wizz Air.
