According to news wire MTI, the sides aim to draw on Waberer’s industry experience and the university’s scientific and research capacity, especially with regard to green logistics, and contribute to improving the country’s economic competitiveness.

Waberer’s experts will be involved in instruction, teaching seminars, and consulting, and the company will launch dual education and scholarship programs.

A research center will be established at the Győr Innovation Park, focusing on areas such as fleet optimization, smart routing, data-driven decision making, and developing environmentally-friendly logistics technologies.

Waberer’s has a fleet of 2,800 trucks.
