TS Hungaria performs the maintenance and repair work of around 1,400 railway cargo vehicles and more than 12,000 railway bicycles.
Thanks to the acquisition, the two companies will be able to mutually exploit synergies, share knowledge and coordinate capacities and activities. It will improve the chances of TS Hungaria as a unit of Rail Cargo Hungaria to win European Union and national grants, RCH said in the statement.
