Szervita Square Building: a new retail hub in downtown Budapest
Horizon Development’s most recently completed crown jewel, Szervita Square Building transformed downtown Budapest’s urban fabric architecturally and contributed to the revitalization of retail in the area. It completed the Deák Square – Fashion Street – Váci Street triangle, and established Szervita Square as a new retail destination for both tourists and locals.

The diverse service range offered by our retail units not only caters to the building’s commercial occupiers and residents, but also engages the general public in placemaking.”
Sectors represented in the retail mix include health & wellbeing, food & beverages as well as style & fashion with brands such as 320DTLA yoga shop & juice bar, Bite Bakery, ENSO Day Spa, iOptic/DITA, Joe&Fredo Donuts, Laborpont diagnostic center, and a new café entering the market: Steam.
