IKEA's online sales in Hungary increased 6% and accounted for 19.3% of total turnover.

The average online purchase came to HUF 55,968 in 2021, more than double the HUF 24,055 average purchase at IKEA's brick-and-mortar businesses.

Around 7 million shoppers visited IKEA's stores in Hungary last year. About 2.8 million of them ate at IKEA's in-store restaurants, consuming 469,000 Swedish meatballs.
