Márka did not disclose the price it paid for production and distribution rights but said sales of Adrenalin products are expected to add about HUF 7 billion to turnover over three years.
Márka can turn out 140 million bottles of soft drinks a year.
According to public records, the company had net sales revenue of HUF 9.6 bln last year.
