CFI merges with BDO

CFI Hungary Zrt., a corporate financial consulting company, has joined BDO Hungary, which provides accounting, auditing, and consulting services, according to profitline.hu.

According to BDO, this will result in the largest Hungarian and internationally significant mergers and acquisition consulting team.

As part of the merger, CFI Hungary Zrt. became a member of the largest audit network in Hungary, having done so to mutually exploit the benefits of further development and synergy.

The 15-year-old company has also changed its name, and from September 1, has continued its activities as BDO Magyarország Pénzügyi Tanácsadó Zrt.
