Test production started by MOL unitProduction is expected to start at the beginning of next year at a third field in the Medimurje project, MOL said.
“Incremental production is estimated at around [2,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day] in H2 2016 on average, and it is expected to further increase in 2017,” MOL said, according to MTI.
An investment of $64 million has been funded into the Medimurje project by INA, and it has included the drilling of five production wells and the construction of 100km of pipeline, MTI noted. The expected cumulative yield of the project is appraised at 1 billion cubic meters, most of which would be extracted by 2024, MTI continued.
MOL’s licenses produced an average daily hydrocarbon production of 103,900 barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2015, MTI reported.
