Few automotive rivalries are as iconic as Ferrari versus Lamborghini, and that competition is alive and well in Hungary’s used car market. Topping the platform’s top 10 list is the Lamborghini Urus, a reflection of the booming SUV segment. The Urus boasts a relatively young inventory, with an average vehicle age of just 2.7 years and an average listing price exceeding HUF 119 million. Another Lamborghini, the Huracán, secured second place with a 3.3-year average age and a HUF 95 mln price tag.

While Lamborghini took the lead in terms of individual model interest, Ferrari showed greater variety, with several models entering the top 10. Notably, the two newest models on the list—the Ferrari 296 GTS and 296 GTB—are priced between HUF 127–153 mln, indicating strong demand for cutting-edge supercars.

“It’s no surprise that the two iconic supercar manufacturers, Lamborghini and Ferrari, have a stable market in Hungary—especially since both brands are officially represented here with authorized dealerships and service networks,” said Dániel Lőcsei, senior brand manager at Használtautó.hu. “However, the used car market offers the real rarities: classic or discontinued models that are not only suitable for everyday use but can also serve as collector investments.”

“Two Lamborghini models top the Hungarian search rankings, led by the URUS by a wide margin. In second place is the Huracán, which, although officially phased out, remains a strong and current character in the brand’s lineup. In third place is one of Ferrari’s most ‘accessible’ models, the California, currently averaging around HUF 40 mln.”

“The two brands’ flagship models of their era—the Lamborghini Aventador and the Ferrari F8 Tributo, excluding the LaFerrari—are still highly sought-after on Hungary’s used car market. In our experience, part of this interest is speculative: neither model is still in production, and their availability is limited, which is likely to further increase their value in the coming years,” Lőcsei added.
