The 100% Hungarian-owned Greenline Clean is the first water-saving car wash network in Hungary. The eco-friendly franchise provides its customers with a fully digitalized car care service, where innovative solutions are the unique feature: in addition to the use of nanotechnology cleaning agents, the cleaning process requires only a minimum of water.
While standard car washes use 150 liters of water per car to wash a vehicle, Greenline's technology uses a maximum of one liter.
"I was immediately intrigued by the office building's design and the technologies used," reported Árpád Maróti, founder and owner of Greenline Clean. "Having seen the vision and the high-quality service package, I felt that our company's innovative thinking and environmental ambitions were in line with the vision outlined by ConvergenCE. We are delighted that Greenline Clean will be able to provide the highest level of service to cars and their owners in one of Budapest's most prestigious green office buildings."
"When we started developing the Academia Office Building, we knew exactly what guidelines we wanted to follow," continued Dóra Papp-Vas, director of leasing at ConvergenCE.

The agreement with Greenline Clean- was also particularly important for us because it was a one-way street, and the diversity and quality of their services immediately convinced us to sign this agreement with them," he added.
Academia's car wash will be open to the public from January 9, requiring registration via the myGreenline app.
