BMW Group Sales in Hungary Climb 18% in 2022

BMW Group's new car sales in Hungary rose 18% to 5,267 last year, even as the market as a whole stagnated, the company's local executives said on Tuesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

The group sold 4,785 BMW brand and 482 MINI brand cars.

Sales of fully-electric models came to 550 and plug-in hybrid sales reached 769.

Sales of BMW motorcycles edged down to 636.
