Graphisoft Park after-tax profit edges up

Graphisoft Park, a listed company that owns and operates a business park in the north of the capital, had after-tax profit of €683,000 in the second quarter, up 3.3% year-on-year, an earnings report released late yesterday shows, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

According to the report:

  • Revenue edged down to €2,385,000 from €2,398,000.
  • EBITDA was down at €2,073,000 after dropping by 3.1%.
    Operating income was €1,025,000 down from €1,092,000.
  • Pre-tax income was up from €795,000 at €834,000. 

Graphisoft said the business park currently has an effective occupancy level of 100%.

After a contract renewal with SAP in 2015, Graphisoft saw the need to expand the park and has started constructing 8,000 sqm new office space with parking places for 300 cars, the firm said. The first phase of the construction project is set to finish at the start of 2017.
