FT: Prezi creators ranked 25th of Top 50 European Tech Entrepreneurs

Analysis

Hungarians Ádám Somlai-Fischer, Péter Halácsy and Péter Árvai, were ranked #25 on the Financial Times’ list of Europe’s Top 50 Tech Entrepreneurs for their presentation software, Prezi, according to a list posted on Friday.

Born to Hungarian parents in Sweden, Árvai moved to Budapest in 2008 to co-found Prezi with Somlai-Fischer and Haláchy, which they released in 2009.

Prezi was created as an alternative to traditional slide-based presentations, and utilizes a “zooming user interface” to navigate through presentation media.
