Intʼl trains stopped and searched In Hungary after bomb threat

The Hungarian Police has confirmed that all international trains crossing Hungary have been stopped and are being searched in response to a bomb threat, according to Hungarian online news portal index.hu.
According to the information thus far posted online, an unknown man informed the police of the threat, saying he had placed bombs on international trains crossing Hungary.
Hungarian state-owned railway company MÁV has instructed all 18 such trains to stop on the orders of the police. All the carriages have been emptied and are being searched, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.
The National Investigation Office has launched an investigation against an unknown individual with charges of threatening public danger, index.hu reported.
Until midnight tonight, the Hungarian police will investigate each and every train arriving at Hungaryʼs border, therefore delays are inevitable, and will effect domestic services as well.
