Lidl Hungarian Wine Sales Reach HUF 14.2 bln in 2022

Lidl Magyarország's domestic and foreign sales of Hungarian wine reached HUF 14.2 billion last year, the German-owned discount chain said on Thursday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

Lidl Magyarország exported 15 million bottles of Hungarian wine. Furmint, Királyleányka, and Szürkebarát wines were the biggest sellers.

Lidl stocks over 200 Hungarian wines at its shops in 16 countries in Europe.
