MKB Bank’s investment fund manager has launched a closed-end fund to invest in shares of multinational companies active in the area of renewable energy, Nikoletta Csorba, who heads the unit, said at a press conference on Thursday.

The four-year fund is investing in ten companies. Capital and a minimum yield of 3% are guaranteed investors in the fund. There is no maximum yield.

The fund, aimed at retail investors, is expected to draw more than the HUF 2bn-3 billion such funds usually attract.
