Some 75 of the buses will be used in Budapest and environs, 10 on routes around Szeged, 40 in the area of Szolnok and 39 around Zalaegerszeg.
Volánbusz acquired 1,700 new and used buses in a fleet upgrade in 2018-2021. The company plans to buy an additional 1,000 buses this year, reducing the average age of its fleet to eight years.
