The move follows the launch of the group’s real estate arm in 2023. A newly established group company, Realis Development International, will handle transactions and development activities associated with the expansion into foreign markets.
The group said Hornok brings extensive international real estate experience to the business.
Realis WAM, the group’s real estate investment arm, is active in residential, office and lifestyle hotel projects. Its portfolio includes modern buildings in central locations as well as heritage developments.
Development management for the fund is handled by Realis Development, the group’s existing development management company.
Alongside its international expansion, Realis Group plans to add further projects to its Hungarian portfolio, citing phased growth and strengthening investor confidence.
