The allegation is that the airline withholds (or discloses late) important information from consumers on its online platforms to influence ticket buyers in the direction of more expensive alternatives.

GVH will investigate whether the company may be hiding from consumers the fact that they can supplement the cheapest package option by ordering priority service or checked baggage.

In connection with some higher-cost package options, the company may misleadingly be claiming that "it can be even more expensive" if you reserve a seat only at check-in: this is probably true only for other, cheaper package options.

In addition, during the online passenger check-in process, the company uses misleading names and other technical solutions to persuade consumers to select premium seats.
